Products
Uses high-quality steels from Baosteel, Nippon Steel, and JFE to manufacture high-quality magnetic cores for power transformer, current transformer, current sensor, inductor, distribution transformer, and other associated products. Cores are wound by our independently-developed winding machine and are high vacuum heat treated. They have a closed magnetic path with a gap of 0.20-12mm with rectangular or toroidal shapes. They have perfect appearance, accurate dimension, consistent performance, and low magnetic remanence.

The quality control process includes material selection, slitting, winding, annealing, polishing as well as proper packaging, which guarantee high precision, consistent and reliable NICORE products.
